At this time, we do not offer returns on orders fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within two days of receiving your order at hello@naturevahome.com to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
You’ll have the choice between receiving a replacement or a full refund.
If you choose a replacement, we’ll cover all associated costs, including shipping. If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the full cost of the bath mat to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
