Processing Time

  • Orders are processed using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) within the same hour after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time & Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to Canada and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through your Natureva account.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at hello@naturevahome.com
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately and cannot be changed.
