Diatomite Pet Mat

Honestly so impressed with this mat! Winnie always gets water around her bowl and this absorbs it so quickly without leaving the floor wet. It's also really easy to keep clean and looks so much nicer than a regular pet mat. Definitely recommend!

As above, pup's dining area is tidier thanks to this mat.The package included a non-slip floor mat for underneath, and a little piece of sandpaper for stain removal if it gets marked. I kicked myself when, not 15 minutes after unpacking the mat and putting it down, I managed to plop a fork full of tuna on it, missing the bowl completely! I dabbed what I could with paper towel but expected to have to sand off an oil stain once dry. But I came back a short time later to not a single visible mark.A few weeks on and it still looks pristine. And bonus for us - the little pawprint logo matches my pup's slow feeder bowl so what a cute tie-in!

I ordered this stone food mat through the Vine program. I like the size of this mat and that it doesn't move if you touch it; it's non-slip. I'm using this for my water, and I like that my dish fits perfectly inside the indented circle. Another thing I like is that it dries quickly if water gets splashed on it.This is quite heavy for a mat and comes with instructions on how to clean it weekly. It also includes a round piece of sandpaper if it becomes less absorbent overtime. When I get my foster pups in, I'll be changing the position of the mat and adding a second water dish. Overall, it seems well-made, and I rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

Our puppers can be a sloppy drinker at times so, we ordered this mat to see if we noticed a difference on the floors. Much to our surprise it has helped! The water dish fits nicely and does not slide around. Any splash or spilling absorbs into the mat quite quickly. We do have a large dog and the only thing I wish was that the mat was a little bigger- I will be looking into a larger size as I do see the difference it has made. Well made, well priced, quality and would recommend.

This arrived very safely packed . It carries some weight so won't move around at all. Of course we are talking about the mat under the two big water bowls. I have a kitten which, I am almost positive, is mostly Bengal. Aside from having many of the physical characteristics, he exhibits almost all the behaviors including a fascination and love for water. He can be quite messy about his passions so having an absorbent mat under his water bowl is a small blessing.It is a perfect size for my purposes. I also foster kittens so at times, need more than one water bowl. I am not sure if it might stain if used for food so I'm not going to. I have concerns that while food might also be absorbed to some degree, the subsequent stain may not be able to be buffed out. I should mention this comes with the sander to buff out any marks that may show in time.This was costly at $47.99 at time of order. I can appreciate it is a quality item made from Diatomite but it still a lot for a pet food mat. At time of this writing, it is showing at $39.99 - more reasonable.

The mat is a good size, perfect size for two bowls. It absorbs water within a few seconds of contact. It came with a nonslip mat for under it and a sanding disk for any stains. My one worry would be if you don't have a nonskid bowl (rubber bottom) it may slide on the stone.

The stone arrived packaged extremely well in thick bubble to ensure no breakage. It looks nice and works perfectly. Care instruction, a floor grippy mat, and a small piece of sand paper are included for long product life. I rinsed the whole thing to rid of surface powder and it dried quickly. At time of review, this pet food stone mat is priced at $48 and I think it is way overpriced for such a small piece of diatomaceous stone mat. I took away one star for this.

I have the stone dish mat in my kitchen and am very happy with it. When I saw that there was a pet food mat I knew I needed to get it for my cat. It looks stylish and neat on the floor and even though it has 2 outer groves to place your dishes on to catch the water, having 2 large and 1 small dishes on the mat works well.It is super absorbent and cleans easily.

I took a punt on getting this stone feeding mat, not knowing there was such a thing. I couldn’t be happier with that decision as it's a fantastic addition to our home!It was packed exceptionally well and the finish on the mat is perfect. Once it's in place, it looks great and holds to the floor really well, thanks to the supplied anti-slip material.The size of the mat also feels just right, covering enough surface area where food and water are likely to be spilt. It's super absorbent and dries quickly, which is awesome for keeping the feeding area clean and tidy. Plus, it's eco-friendly and easy to clean.Overall, the perfect balance between style and practicality. I definitely recommend it.

I thought this would be a little heavier. It's very light.It comes with a non-slip mat to place under it, also an adhesive patch you can stick to it to make it grip better.I poured a little water on it to see if it'd dry & you can see within seconds it starts to dry. If you notice the image showing the wetness & the outer edge of it, you can see it starting to fade away as it dries.With a thinner amount of water, you'll see it dry out within seconds.

This Stone Petmat is really nice. It looks super nice, it has sections for bowls that sort of keep them from moving around. It comes with a slightly grippy under part that it not stuck on which does help it from moving.Most importantly it keeps the feeding are clean and most of the food she pulls out ends up on the mat which is much easier to clean and stains less than the floorboards do.Now this item is quite expensive but if you can afford it and want the best for your favorite furry friend its a nice addition to their environment.

Got this for our Golden Retriever. It does an amazing job absorbing water, Archie splashes everywhere and the mat soaks it up in seconds. Only thing is I wish it was a bit larger for a big breed like a Golden. The bowls fit fine but some of his splashes land just outside the mat. Would love a large breed version. The product itself is a five though.

We have two Staffies. Big dogs, big water bowls, big mess. This mat handles it all. Water gets absorbed instantly, no puddles on the tiles, no slipping hazzard. The non-slip pad on the bottom keeps it locked in place even when the boys nudge their bowls around. Way better than the silicone mat we had before, that thing used to get slimy underneath and stank after a week. This one stays fresh. No smell, no mould. Just wipe it down once in a while. Brillant.

Bought this for my goofy Labrador Max, and it’s been great. Absorbs water quickly and keeps the area around the bowl dry. Easy to clean and doesn’t slide around. Looks neat and fits well in the space.

Had some food marks and wiped them off easily. Looks good again.
