Example: If you return a $100 order under our change of mind policy, a $20 restocking fee applies. You would receive a refund of $80, excluding your return postage costs.
How to Send Your Return
All returns are processed by mail. Please contact our team before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide our return address and step-by-step instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service. We are unable to take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with a missing item, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit after we have initiated it.
This policy applies to orders placed at naturevahome.com/en-au and delivered within Australia. Natureva reserves the right to assess each return individually and may decline returns that do not meet the above conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
