Made from diatomaceous earth, the faucet mat absorbs water instantly, keeping your countertop dry and organised. Place it around your faucet to prevent water spills and drips for a cleaner space!
The light residue comes from the natural diatomaceous earth used to make the faucet mat. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth before use. If needed, you can also rinse it under water following the cleaning steps. Minor variations, such as small white dots, are natural and do not affect the faucet mat’s quality or performance.
Wipe the faucet mat weekly with a vinegar-water mixture and let it air dry to keep it clean and hygienic. For stains, scrub under running water with a sponge and a clear, non-coloured dishwashing liquid, then rinse well. For deeper stains, a small amount of hydrogen peroxide may help. Only if the stain remains, lightly sand the area using the included sanding tool.
The mat absorbs water from faucet drips, keeping your countertop dry. Avoid coloured liquids like dish soap or detergents, as they may stain. With proper care, including light sanding, it will last for years.
If your mat arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via email, providing your Order ID and pictures of the damaged unit. We’ll organise a free replacement within 48h. We're here to help and ensure you're completely satisfied!

DIATOMITE MAGIC
At Natureva, we believe nature holds the answers to modern living. That’s why we’ve embraced the remarkable power of diatomite; a naturally absorbent, fast-drying material that feels like magic. Behind every sleek stone mat is the science of fossilised algae, soaking up moisture in seconds and drying just as fast.
